FALL HOME DECORATIONS

I know it’s kind of early to be talking fall decorations, but I like to get a jump start on finding the best pieces! I mean if the stores are already filling their shelves, then we might as well fill our shopping carts. Plus, I don’t like to wait until all the good decorations are picked over! I’m clearly SO excited (and ready) to decorate our house this year. The glitter bats didn’t fit in the graphic, but I’m planning to stick them on my huge Anthropologie mirror with fake cobwebs! They’re linked in the widget below, though. I have some cute ideas for my mantle too! I’m trying to incorporate both Halloween and Fall. Y’all know I’ll be sharing the process over on Instagram! Hopefully Bo doesn’t mind the pink pumpkins! 🙂

Affordable Thanksgiving Outfit with Walmart

I have received several messages asking for some Thanksgiving outfit ideas, and I’m happy to share an adorable + affordable option from Walmart Fashion that is too perfect! I cannot rave about this $18 chenille sweater enough. The quality is SO great with the softest fabric and it comes in other pretty color options! I went with the classic ivory, but I’m also such a fan of the aqua blue. These brown suede flares would look amazing paired with it too. There are 5 colors total, and I think it fits true to size! I’m wearing the XS.

If y’all have been around here for a while, you know my love of Walmart Fashion is real! I swear every order I place is even better than the last. At least that’s how I feel with these suede flare pants! Haha. Even though they are available in both short and regular lengths, I went with the size 0 regular to wear with heeled booties! They fit great. I do recommend sizing up because they are more fitted! Any who, these suede flare pants just scream Thanksgiving and Fall to me. Plus the price point is amazing!

Happy Tuesday!

I love posting random outfits I styled on the blog, and I’ve gotten so bad about it lately! I think the gift guides have really been taking over along with all the other holiday content. Lol! I actually shot these photos a month ago but didn’t stop long enough to upload. This is my second holiday season as a full-time blogger, and it never slows down! I wouldn’t want it to, though. I really enjoy being busy with work because I genuinely LOVE it!

Back to outfit details! So I just looked and I think this dress just sold out. Ugh! #bloggerfail right?! I am linking some similar, affordable options from the same retailer! My snakeskin boots are a MUST HAVE for the holiday season. They are a splurge, but the snakeskin print really matches everything. Anytime I can make them work with an outfit, they’re my first choice! I just love statement pieces, and these boots are exactly that! 🙂

Do yall have any fun plans this week/weekend? Since I moved to Jackson, my social life went from 0 to 100 because all my friends are here! I also love a good weekly event, so me and Meagan (my work wife/blogger bestie/workout partner/life coach) are going to Friendsgiving tonight at Highland Village! Then I have another Friendsgiving tomorrow night. I volunteered to make green beans because I felt like it was the best fit considering my cooking skills. Let’s pray they taste decent! Hahah.
