I’m so excited about this blog post because it’s my FIRST recipe I’m sharing on Sassy Southern Blonde! These pumpkin muffins are absolutely delicious and the perfect Fall treat. Even my best friend who doesn’t normally like pumpkin flavored foods was a fan! They are simple to make and even easier to eat! 🙂
INGREDIENTS
1 Spice Cake Mix
1 Can of Pumpkin Puree
1/2 cup of Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup of water
DIRECTIONS
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees
-Combine the Spice Cake Mix and the Pumpkin Puree into a bowl
-Add 1/2 cup of water to reduce the thickness + make the batter more smooth (do NOT follow the recipe on the cake mix)
-Add 1/2 cup of Chocolate Chips (or more depending on your preference lol)
-Spoon the batter into regular size muffin pans
-Bake for 15 minutes (or until toothpick is clean)
-Remove from oven, add butter, and ENJOY 🙂
