MOST USED BABY PRODUCTS

August 17, 2021

Most Used Baby ProductsONE: BabyBjorn Bouncer

I had no clue how much of a life saver this bouncer would be when I bought it months ago! We literally use it EVERY single day. Sometimes, it’s the only thing that will calm Baker down! I put it by the couch and lightly bounce it with my foot while I work on my computer. Literally doing it as I type! Hahah. It usually keeps him quiet for a while! SO worth the price tag in my opinion! And I paid full price!

TWO: Snuggle Me Lounger

The lounger is another product we use daily! I debated between this and the DockATot, but ended up with the Snuggle Me because I feel like the DockATot is overpriced. Plus, the Snuggle Me is a more snug fit for babies! I’ve heard that newborns have to grow into even the smaller DockATot.

THREE: Hushh Portable Sound Machine

This sound machine is SO necessary especially while you’re traveling! Even a few minutes down the road. I ran into HomeGoods last week and of course Baker started crying! I already had a cover on his carseat, so I stuck the sound machine inside. He calmed down almost immediately and fell asleep! It’s the baby whisperer. Lol!

FOUR: Dr. Brown’s Natural Flow Bottles

These are the only bottles we use, and Baker has loved them from the beginning! Although we didn’t try any other brands, I had always heard amazing things about Dr. Brown’s bottles even before I was pregnant. They’re also easy to pick up at Walmart and Target if you don’t register for enough like me! 🙂

FIVE: Love To Dream Swaddle

I made the mistake of bringing a different swaddle to the hospital when Baker was born, and he hated having his arms pinned down! Once we were home, we tried the Love To Dream swaddle out, and we’ve never looked back. This swaddle has an arms up design that creates a more natural sleeping position for babies!

SIX: 4moms Breeze Plus Playard

I told myself that Baker would be sleeping in his crib within a few weeks of being home from the hospital, but that hasn’t happened yet! Lol. We’re starting to sleep train soon, though. Until then, he will continue sleeping in the 4moms pack n play! Even if you already have a bassinet, it’s perfect for traveling too!

SEVEN: Owlet Smart Sock

Owlet is another brand that I have always heard wonderful things about! I knew it would be one of the first items on my baby registry. This device tracks your baby’s oxygen levels and heart rate while they sleep! It alerts you if anything drops below normal. This is an investment worth making in my opinion!

EIGHT: Baby Brezza Formula Maker Pro

Let me just tell you how the Baby Brezza formula dispenser has been such a game changer! It’s basically a Keurig for babies, and it makes those late night (and early morning) feedings go a lot smoother. Especially if you’re exclusively bottle feeding like me!

NINE: Newton Baby Crib Mattress

Between the Owlet Smart Sock and the Newton Baby Mattress, I know I will actually be able to sleep and have some peace of mind when Baker transitions to his crib! This mattress is 100% breathable. If Baker rolls over on his stomach, he’ll be able to breath through the mattress, which is amazing.

TEN: UPPAbaby Vista Stroller

UPPAbaby is known for having high quality products, and the Vista stroller is no exception! I love that Baker’s car seat (also UPPAbaby) easily snaps into it, and the stroller converts into two seats for the future! (Very distant future hahaha) The only downside is that it’s pretty heavy, but I still love it!

XOXO

WHAT’S ON MY BABY REGISTRY

April 25, 2021

On My Baby RegistryI’m not even going to pretend like I can accurately recommend these baby products at the moment, but that doesn’t mean I’m not excited to try them out! I really only have one best friend that’s a mom, so I took her advice very seriously when planning my registry! Lol. Shoutout to Allie girl! I also read reviews and did some light research before deciding on the big ticket items. I hope they all live up to the hype! I promise I will share a detailed review after June, though. If you’d like a better idea of what to add to your registry, I’ll link both of mine here! (Amazon and Buy Buy Baby) I tried not to add too many unnecessary things! At the end of the day, it’s better to be over prepared than under prepared and every baby is different. One product might work great for your friend’s baby, and your baby hates it! You just never know! 🙂
