Happy Wednesday!

We are officially ONE week away from Christmas, and my mind is blown! To be completely honest, Christmas being so close makes me sad because once it’s here, it’s over just like that. I love the anticipation of the holiday season, and it goes by too quickly! But I am excited to head home and spend time with my crazy family! 🙂

I can’t stop won’t stop with these holiday outfits! Unfortunately, this is the last one, but it might be my favorite yet. I mean look at these hot pink velvet pants! I saw them and purchased within 5 minutes. They have been so fun to style! Any neutral top matches. I actually paired them with a white puff sleeve sweater a few weeks ago! This time, I switched things up with a black metallic number. Or sparkles? Either way, the final holiday look on Sassy Southern Blonde would be perfect for a classy NYE party! Most of my NYE memories are less than classy, but a girl can dream. Hahah! I’m wearing a small in the top and 00 petite in the velvet pants. Thanks for reading!

2 Ways To Style Boyfriend Jeans With Vault 206 Boutique

I don’t know if it’s just me, but I have a hard time finding a good pair of boyfriend jeans. Especially factoring in my height, all the ones I’ve tried are way too long! And I get pretty impatient waiting to have them hemmed. Lol! When I found these from Vault 206 Boutique, I decided to try them out again, and I’m so glad I did. They are the perfect length, and you can cuff/roll the hem however you want! I also like that you can style boyfriend jeans different ways, so I’m showing yall my two favorites here: casual with flats and dressed up with heels!

The first look is cute and easy! The best combination no doubt. I paired my jeans with a tan leopard print sweater and pointed flats from Vault 206! The sweater is super soft and will transition perfectly into Spring with white skinnies. And of course, I loved the bow on my flats. I spiced the second outfit up with a hot pink sweater also from Vault 206 and leopard heels! I am all about pink and leopard print regardless of the season. Anywho, this is a great outfit option for date night or girls night! There’s something so chic about boyfriend jeans and pumps! 🙂

5 Fall Activities You Need To Do NOW :)

I have been waiting to take photos at the fair since it came to town LAST October. Lol! So, of course, the day I went it was super cloudy and raining! Which is why my hair looks a *little* frizzy. Sometimes you just have to roll with the punches, especially when the weather won’t cooperate! But I am absolutely obsessed with this outfit. I have been saving it for over a month! (Sorry the exact pants are sold out, but they do come in other colors!) I knew the hot pink would be perfect for fair pictures, though. I’m trying really hard to wear more neutrals, but it’s HARD! (Keyword *trying*)

Fall is such a fun time of the year, so I thought I’d share my favorite (cheesy) fall activities in case you need some help thinking up ideas!

Go to the FAIR 🙂

This was an obvious choice, but my absolute favorite nonetheless. There’s nothing better than corn dogs and fried Oreos! (I skip the rides these days because I eat too much)

Visit the Pumpkin Patch

Gosh, I LOVE the pumpkin patch. Maybe it’s because I’m a blogger, but it definitely gets you in the Fall spirit!

Bake Some Fall Treats

Whether it’s homemade pumpkin bread or Pillsbury Halloween sugar cookies, baking is always best in the Fall. I love when my house smells like whatever I cooked!

Carve Pumpkins

This is a pretty classic suggestion, but it’s still a good time! I found out pretty quickly that painting pumpkins are way easier than actually carving them, so I stick to that! Lol.

Watch a Scary Movie

IF you’re brave enough… I am such a chicken when it comes to scary movies. The only time I want to watch one is around October. Like I’m dying to see Halloween with Jamie Lee Curtis and I don’t know why! Haha

SASSY PINK POM POM DRESS

This blog post is further proof that I have never met a sassy hot pink dress I didn’t LOVE! I don’t know why hot pink has always been my favorite, but I am just drawn to anything in this color. I like the way it stands out in a crowd, and it honestly creates a happy vibe! (Move over yellow!) This precious piece is from Sequins & Sass Boutique. Even though it’s under $50, this dress has amazing fabric that is really high quality for the price tag! Oh, and did I mention the BEST part?! There are POCKETS! As if I needed an additional reason to swoon! 🙂

Another cute detail is the sleeves! Just look at the pretty pompoms. This had my name written all over it! Lol. The fun pompom colors inspired me to pair this dress with turquoise earrings! I love bold colors that compliment each other, and this combo has been on repeat the entire summer. BTW, I got a small in the dress for sizing reference. I think it’s very roomy! It’s one of those dresses that you can eat too many cupcakes in and not feel bad. (Or is that just me?! hahaha) I also received this little gingham print top, too. How To Style A Blazer Outside The Office

Ever wondered how to style your blazer after hours? Well, I’m here to assist! Although rocking a neon pink blazer might not be your typical look during that 8-5, it can easily be substituted with a black one too. Not to mention how perfectly the leopard pumps would compliment it! 🙂

There are several blazer combinations that I love, but my favorite is pretty classic. White tank, cutoff shorts, and this sassy pink jacket paired with equally as sassy heels! It’s put together, but not over the top! (Ok, color wise this is debatable lol) Whether it’s a date with your man or girls’ night with your friends, this outfit is sure to make a statement each time! (I am such a sucker for hot pink and leopard print done the RIGHT way)
