Lemon print has been all the rage this spring/summer, and now I know why! I mean look how precious this pink romper is from Southern Tease? I have been eyeing it for weeks because I never shy away from a bold print! Especially when the color combo is this cute. Plus, rompers are great when the weather is hot because you can make a minimal effort and STILL look amazing! I loved styling my lemon romper with neutral accessories, so I didn’t distract from the fun print! Southern Tease also has other fun pieces similar to this that you can shop HERE! Let me start by saying THANK YOU for all the kind comments and messages about my haircut! I was SO nervous to do it because I was afraid it wouldn’t look cute, but I actually love it. I have had long-ish hair for a while and I just wanted a change! I originally got extensions since everyone else had them, but they were a lot to deal with. (And I already take TOO LONG getting ready!) After some Pinterest inspo, I immediately texted my hairy godmother Marcus for his opinion because I knew he would tell me the truth 😉 I asked for a blunt cut to my collarbone and voila! I had short hair! I do wish I would have gotten it thinned out a little at the bottom because it’s SO hard to curl. I think it took me longer than when I had extensions… Lolz.

Okay, I’m starting to ramble! The verdict is that I LOVE my short hair, and I’m keeping it chopped for the foreseeable future! (I have already looked up short wedding hair on Pinterest even though that isn’t happening for YEARS. A girl can never be too sure! HA) I’ll do a full hair post and some updated hair tutorials soon, I promise!

CLASSIC PINK COAT

With retailers adding spring merchandise daily, now is the best time is to buy nice coats at reasonable prices! Stores are pushing to get the last of their winter clothes out the door, which usually means huge discounts for customers. Although I purchased my pink coat a few years ago, the similar one I linked is on sale for $33! I actually found my exact coat on eBay, and it’s shipped out of China… With that being said, I decided not to list it, but I will be happy to give you the link at your own risk! lol. I love this look because it’s SO classic with the nude heels, yet it has a chic vibe. I swear a longer length coat can add instant sophistication to any outfit!

SO sorry this post wasn’t published on time yesterday. I am finally caught up from last week though. Market was fun, but also crazy busy with buyers wanting to fill their stores with new spring pieces! 🙂

Happy Friday 🙂

If you haven’t noticed, I wanted a little change, so I got bangs! (Didn’t plan that rhyme lol) I’m still getting used to them, but so far so good. The only downfall is how crazy they get when the wind blows, so please excuse them in these pictures! Anyways, my sweet pink dress is from ASOS, and it’s on major sale right now for under $40! I don’t know what I like more, the layered ruffles or the amazing color! Either way, I knew it was a perfect dress for me, and that it could also easily transition to next spring. Because of course I’m already planning that far ahead… Oops!

I’m so excited because I am going back to Laurel this weekend to see my parents and my sweet kitty, Blair! I haven’t been home since the beginning of August with Dallas market and moving back to Starkville, so I am more than ready. I hope everyone has some fun weekend plans.
